Stroock, Solomon Marcuse
(1874-1945)
   American communal leader. A specialist in constitutional law, he was the chairman of various legal committees. He served as president of the New York branch of the Young Men's Hebrew Association, the Federation for the support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies in New York, and the American Jewish Committee.
